Check In / Out Procedure
Check In time is 2.00 PM. Villa Wanakerta will try to accommodate early arrivals in the first available room (Based on room type requested).

Check Out time is 12.00 noon. Reception will endeavor to offer extended check out times, subject to availability however this cannot be guaranteed. Upon arrival at Villa Wanakerta guests will be greeted by Front Office staff who will escort them to their room and offer welcome drink while registration process.

Airport Transfer
We are delighted to offer car transfer to and from Bali International Airport for fee. Advanced reservations are required.

1st July 15th - August 31st & September 1st - December 19th & January 16th - March 31st

Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee equivalent to one night accommodation will be charged if cancellation is made less than 15 (fifteen) days prior to arrival date at Villa Wanakerta. If any event such written notice is not received within the limit stated or in event the guest is no-show, one days charge will be applied automatically.

Term of Payment
All accounts are to be settled upon departure unless proper credit arrangement have been made with the Villa Wanakerta.
